Step 2

Working with me you will begin to discover the causes of your phobia, triggers and symptoms. You will learn how the brain works, and how your fear is sustained, creating panic and anxiety. At your own pace you will begin to overcome your phobia using guided visualisation, CBT and hypnotherapy. Recordings are provided to help you practice on your own in between sessions.

Step 3

As you gain control and confidence you will begin to build up your resilience and ability to cope in challenging situations. If you practice at home and in the clinic regularly, you will be able to face your fears with confidence.
